Hurricanes Recall Bayda From AHL Albany

AP - The Hurricanes recalled Ryan Bayda from Albany on Thursday, three days after they sent him down to their AHL affiliate.

Bayda is joining the team for the fourth time this season, and this time is replacing Erik Cole, who is on injured reserve with an injury to a hip muscle.

Bayda was called up last week on an emergency basis to replace Cory Stillman and was sent down to Albany on Monday. [READ]
